Brandt speaks about Nike SPARQ combine
Brandt Quick explains how The Nike SPARQ Combine can help athletes.

FREE Nike SPARQ Combine and Open House at Final Fitness
This FREE combine and open house will be for all athletes, all ages, all sports. We will test the athletes in several events, measuring linear speed, lateral speed, strength and power, vertical jump and broad jump. Each athlete's scores will be entered into the Nike SPARQ national database, where athletes can track the progress of how their training is affecting their performance from combine to combine, and also how they rate compared to others in the same age and sport across the nation, and even their teammates.

FREE Speed Clinic at Little Farms Playground
This FREE Speed Clinic will be held at Little Farms Playground on December 27th from 12:00-2:00
The Speed Clinic will focus on the basics of speed and motor skills development. We will introduce the kids to dynamic flexibility, speed drills, plyometrics, and neuromuscular training.
Day/Time: December 27th, 12:00-2:00pm
Location: Little Farms Playground in Harahan
What to Bring: tennis shoes, cleats, water, snack
Ages: We will have several coaches here, so we will have two age groups: 6-10 will be in one group, and ages 11-18 will be in another.

BQuick Now Offered In New Orleans
BQuick Athletic Development is proud to announce its partnership with with Final Fitness located on the South Shore at 206 Edwards Ave. Harahan, La.
All BQuick Athletic Development Programs at Final Fitness are being discounted until the official kick off date on January 4th 2009. Until then, Brandt will be available at Final Fitness for group sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 6:00pm til. The program will be offered at the discounted rate of $300 a month until January 4th and will then increase to the regular rate of $420 a month.

Christmas Soccer Camp
BQuick Athletic Development and Nick Chetta present their third annual Soccer Camp. The two day Soccer Camp camp will be held on Saturday, December 20th and Sunday, December 21st from
9:00am - 12:00pm at Northlake Christian Academy in Covington. The camp will focus on soccer skill training and functional soccer speed and agility training. Participants are asked to bring cleats, shin guards, tennis shoes, snacks and extra shorts and shirts. Water will be provided. Ages 6 and up.
Camp Fee: $125 BEFORE Dec. 13th or $150 AFTER Dec. 13th

Christmas Break Baseball Camp
BQuick Athletic Development and Boomer Nunez will hold a Baseball Camp on Monday, December 29th & Tuesday, December 30th.
The camp will be held from 9:00am - 12:00 noon on both days. The camp will focus on baseball skills training and instruction, as well as functional baseball speed training.
Location: The Sandlot Baseball and Softball Academy
(off Madisonville Goodbee Exit on Hwy 1085)
Camp Fee: $125 BEFORE Dec. 22nd OR $150 AFTER Dec. 22nd
Bring all baseball equipment, cleats, tennis shoes, water/Gatorade, snacks and extra shirt and shorts.

BQuick Athletic Development at Franco's and Lindsay Quick Koen present the Christmas Softball Camp. This camp will focus on softball skills training and instruction, as well as functional softball speed training.
Ages: 6 and up
When: December 20th and 21st, 2008
Where: The Sandlot Baseball and Softball Academies (off of Madisonville Goodbee Exit on hwy 1085)
Time: 9am-12pm
Cost: Before December 13th, $125, after December 13th, $150
